Listening, mapping and building together.
On 28 July, AlteraLab was invited to take part in the Malaysian Stakeholder Engagement MOI: Wellbeing and Empowerment Ageing Society (W-EMAS).
The engagement brought stakeholders together through collaborative workshop activities and presentations centred on wellbeing, empowerment and an ageing society.
Participants explored the topic collectively through facilitated discussions and hands-on group work. The room mapped strengths, threats and opportunities, then shared perspectives around access, participation, digital literacy and community-based support.
We were glad to contribute to the conversation and connect with others shaping more inclusive approaches to ageing. Exchanges like these help us keep people, participation and lived experience at the centre of what we build.
